Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This Floor Scrubber is in fair cosmetic condition with some scuffs, scratches, and general wear from a life of scrubbing.  There is also a small crack in the housing (see photos).  None of these imperfections are significant in a way that would affect functionality.
Notes:
We confirmed that the charger was functional and working as designed.  Additionally, we powered up the floor scrubber and confirmed that the brushes rotated and that the scrubber operated as designed.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
