Brand new and in manufacturer's packaging. Style 4293 is a 9" fringe skirt with a silver stretch  The 7 skirt colors offered here are rasberry ,jade green, white, royal blue, black, buttercup yellow and red in the 9" version with a silver sequin band that is 1". No matter what the size, the fringe is 9". These are new and perfect and in the original manufacturer's packaging from Wolff Fording. These retail for around  each and still have the little thread that holds the fringe straight at the bottom (that has to be pulled off before use). This is all I have of these particular skirts but I have lots more fringe skirts listed in other listings.
