These items are brand new with out the original hang tag.  It is a short pleated school girl skirt.  You have a choice of blue plaid or grey plaid.  Use the drop down box to select color.  The waist band relaxed is 30", which actually sits on the hips according the the model photo, and the length from the top of the waist band to bottom hem is 11 inches.  The material is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The size is a ladies small/medium.  Refer to the measurement guide with the pictures to confirm a good fit.
