    Description

    Brand new and in the original manufacturer's packaging, this white matte spandex hoop skirt has slats and moves crazy. My photo shows how it will arrive, you have to run the tubing through the hem and then push the end through the little connector to hold and then it will stand out. Bounces when you dance, pretty cute. Great for a dance costume or theatrical use. The model is showing it with a pink skirt as well and  with a unitard  that is not included, see my photo for actual item.gmnGC11
